Do my points expire?
No. They sit in your account until you use them. Disappear for eight months, come back, they're still there.
How do I actually redeem them?
Click the Rewards tab in the bottom corner of any page, log in, pick your reward and copy the code. Paste it into the discount box at checkout. That's it.
Can I use a rewards code on top of a sale?
One code per order, so rewards codes don't stack with other discounts. If a sale price beats your reward, take the sale and keep the points for next time.
When do points from an order show up?
Once your order ships. Give it a couple of days after the tracking email, then check the Rewards tab.
What if I return something?
The points you earned on that order come back off your balance. If you'd already spent them, no clawback — we're not monsters.
Will the packaging give me away?
Never. Plain box, no branding, and a neutral name on your bank statement. Nobody's guessing what's inside.
